How do I repair my roof after removing the satellite dish?
I am seriously thinking about removing my Direct TV dish from the roof of my house but really worried about leaks after its taken down. The dish was already there when I purchased the house but not really liking it there. Will I have to replace the shingles after I remove it or is there something I fill in the holes with that’s not noticeable?

you can use bull tar to patch the holes
hertfordshire asphalt roofing
Caulking from a tube that is a similar color to the roof color. Lowe’s and Menard’s carry colored caulking.
hertfordshire roof installation
very easy to do, unscrew the screws, and see what you have there,
im guessing there could be maybe up to 4 holes there,
or maybe some missing shingles.
if its just holes, use black chalking, in the holes. done deal
if its a matter of lifting up maybe two or three shingles, , install some black tar paper, cut your shingles, to fit ,ma ken sure you unlap them to prevent , leaks
should take no more than a hour to do….

You want to use Urethane Sealant. You can purchase this caulking online or at your local hardware store. There should only be a few holes, make sure you get them good an full of the caulking compound.
