1st see if your insurance covers it. if it does you dont have to pay.
while they are outside WITH you, give them your digital camera and tell them to take pictures of the damage.
WATCH THEM DO IT SO THEY DONT DAMAGE IT ON PURPOSE
then take the photos to your insurance comapny, call first, and see if this is real damage.
if the contractors get mad, or laugh, or say no to you, tell them ‘byebye’.
