a few years after we moved into our house we noticed some of the shingles would come off during thunderstorms. well for the past year it’s been leaking into the house. we do NOT want able roof because they were the ones that did when we built the house.

brought a house three years ago. This house according to the real estate agent had a fairly new roof. What ever that means. Last year I noticed the shingles were slightly peeling up.This year they are very bad. I just had the roof replaced I spent 4200.00 dollars. Anyway, we just had a really bad rain. Guess ;what it was raining in my house. Ir wasn’t a lot but it was enough to put a small puddle on the floor. My husband went upstairs and there are boards where the roofer did not replace wood in the decking. They have big knot holes as well as one is broken. Also, I noticed they did not do my roof to my addition. I had the roofing company come back out. They did send the owner they sent the foreman. He said they would fix the boards and alumacoat the flat roof of the addition. He says it was not included in the bid but will throw that in free of charge. Today came no roofer. I got a call later saying they will be out tomorrow. I ask the owner if they are fixing the boards and alumacoating the addition the same day. He says what boards? He said the wood having knot holes would not cause it to leak. He said he will come by and look but he doesn’t believe us. He is gruff. My husband said he would be home from work after five. The roofer never showed up. They never answer the phone either. Can the knot holes in the decking cause leaks? Really I don’t care whats causing the problem I just want it fixed. I didn’t pay 4200.00 to have it rain in my house. Help!!!

I have purchased a new home and have been forced to move from my condo because something is wrong with the way it is managed. . This is why. I had one pc. of slate in my sidewalk next to the driveway that needed to be raised, they put a whole new sidewalt in 10 feet by 5 feet..Why??? I had to call the Board of Health because my backyard was mud. Now they want me to pay $3100 for 7 new skylights because they are putting a new roof on and to maintain the integrity of the new roof because they cannot find the flashing needed for our skylights, they want me to pay $3100 for new skylights. On Friday they want to pull our shingles off and put tarp on our roof over the weekend and also told us to remove valuables because the roofer is not responsible. I never thought they could come up with anything worse than the sidewalk but they did. I even think they will be using my own skylights with a sticker on them. I swear something is up with our president & the Mgm. person. Please help

I called a insurance person out to my home to look at my shingles because of hail damage. When I looked I thought the garage was not that bad but the house was really bad. The guy looked at them both and said he will cover the garage and not the house. The house has little spots all over the shingles that the rock is missing off them and there is also dents in all the metal vents. I don’t understand, I can see it, the garage is only 10 feet from the home, why would he do this, what should I do now.

I’ve told them 3 times about the leak to no avail, and it continues to worsen. Now the roof is caving in, with chunks falling on the floor directly in front of my front door (outside my apartment, but in the building). I think mold is beginning to grow and I’m concerned someone will be hurt, along with it possibly coming into my apartment. The roof has had this problem before and they “fixed” it. Since they won’t repair it, what can I do?
