This would be just a covered arena, not enclosed. Have 4 riding shoots. Looking at steel structure, covered only on roof (open sides) with fans for ventilation.

We are a roofing company in the Midwest and may do a job in California. Some states in the Midwest require you to have a license, while others do not. Does California require you to have a Roofing Contractor license?

roof replacement?

DANIEL R T asked:

I have been charged with the duty of figuring out how much it will cost to have the roof on our condo repaired/replaced when this 4-year old one wears out. Does anyone have a rough estimate per sq. ft. for this job? Our roof is flat and has a silvery surface. There are no pebbles or shingles involved in it. I live in Chicago (if that makes any difference.)

what is the least expensive way to reroof a flat metal roof?
the darn roof keeps leaking into half of my house. i have been up there repeatedly tarring and membraning the seams. i must be missing something cause the water keeps pouring in. can anyone tell me a very inexpensive way to do something to stop the hidden leaks. i have to do this work myself and as cheap as possible.
