The building is approximately 50′ in height. I’ve heard in the ballpark of 1/4″ per ft but I would just like to know for sure. Provide any sources if possible. Thank you.

We had major hail storm a week ago. I get along well with my ex in laws whom live in the same small town as us. My ex brother, father in law and ex husband do the paint less dent repair on vehicles. I do cleaning for my ex sister in law for a very very low price. I said, “he I have a crew to do your house and your beauty shop shingling if we let your husband (my ex brother law) do our vehicle. I also told her we would charge less then what they get back from insurance so they can have extra money from insurance (very common thing to do around here. My brother was the first to go on her roofs and we said let us know after the accesor comes and we will throw you a bid. I get a call from my ex mother in law this a.m. stating they are going with someone else for their roofs. Should I be mad? They didn’t even let us bid and my brother has over 20yrs experience as a roofer. I helped them out about a month ago and cleaned their house fo 2 weeks straight, 8 hrs a day to get ready for a recepti
reception and only got paid $200.00. That tells you how cheap they paid me and how much I’ve done for them. Their house gets so dirty they get maggets on their dirty dishes cause they sit so long. I am so mad they went with someone else that I don’t even want to clean for them anymore. What do I do? Am I making a bigger deal out of nothing? Please advice.

The house needs a new roof, a complete ripoff and replace. I’ve gotten a number of estimates. Some state that they are certified by a certain shingle manufacturer…others are not…but they all have a lot of experience and good references. So how important is the certification? and is it tied to the manufacturer’s warranty? I can’t find anything online discussing this question.

I have not had a british passport only an italian one. I was born in Hitchin, Hertforshire in 1954, married when I was 20 and emigrated to Australian november 1988, and am now an Australian Citizen. I worked in the UK at 16years of age right till I left for Australia. My son was born in Australina 13th May 1984 , has a plumbers trade and now wishes to live and work in the UK. My mother and sister and aunty all live in the UK in Baldock, Hertfordshire. Can my son apply for a British Passport so he can work and live there?

I have had my 20 week scan and everything showed up ok, she seemed to be moving around then and I couldn’t feel her so maybe I shouldn’t worry. I’m just getting fed up with everyone asking if I can feel her lots now. I can feel little tiny flutters but very rarely. Maybe I just have a lazy baby! I am over weight too (about a size 16) so maybe that doesn’t help…..
